Running, running and more running were the noises coming out of the Mills household this week.  No, not Gayna's instructions to an overweight David in order to get fit but just the thoughts of an irate postman.

Pre-season begins this Thursday with Millsy determined to whip his troops into some sort of shape.  Rumours suggest that there will be more balls in Wattsy's nutsack than at training so players are advised to bring a sick bag in anticipation of a heavy session.

With new first team manager Kevin Durrant expected to make an appearance, players will be trying to impress.

The season starts at 7pm and as ever is at the West Ham in the Commjnity ground.
